Experience the nation’s most famous high street, traffic-free for one day only from 12pm-8pm on Sunday. Expect live music from London-based collectives, jazz ensembles and emerging DJs, street food markets featuring flavours from all corners of the city and brand experiences, pop-ups and giveaways from your favourite Oxford Street stores.

​Following a 9-year hiatus, the Brick Lane Curry Festival is back this weekend, ready to serve up some of the best South Asian food and entertainment in the capital. Enjoy henna painting workshops, cooking demos, Bangla-style dance classes, DJs, live music, and magicians. Plus, street food stalls from local restaurants serving up delicious regional dishes.

This star-studded art fair in Kings Cross is a vibrant cross between an art fair and a car boot sale. Featuring a stellar line-up of more than 120 artists, including famous names like Vic Reeves, Mr Doodle, Rankin and more. There will also be a comedy open mic, plus plenty of food, drink, music and revelry.

London’s biggest comedy festival lands at the iconic Old Royal Naval College with five nights of all-star stand-up live in the Big Top plus craft beers and street eats. The packed line-up features stand-up superstars, including Frankie Boyle, Sara Pascoe, Nish Kumar, Nina Conti, and Phil Wang.

This spectacular boat race features almost 300 boats and covers the breadth of London, from Millwall in the East, to Richmond, 21.6miles to the West. Among the crews are both dedicated athletes and those who simply enjoy laughter, fancy dress, and making money for their charities.
