A massive St Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival takes place on Sunday, with 50,000+ people expected to attend. The parade begins at Hyde Park Corner and ends at Trafalgar Square, featuring hundreds of elaborate floats, marching bands, Irish dancers, and musicians. Trafalgar Square will then host loads of live music and entertainment, alongside food stalls, bars, and all round good craic.

A landmark free David Hockney exhibition opens today at the Serpentine Gallery in Hyde Park. The exhibition invites you to slow down and notice the extraordinary within the everyday. Alongside several new paintings, Hockney’s celebrated 90-metre-long piece, A Year In Normandie, comes to London for the first time. Inspired by the Bayeux Tapestry, it’s made up of 220 panels and captures the changing seasons at his studio in Normandy.
